Shipping FAQs and Returns Policy

Do you ship outside of Metro Areas?
Yes! We gladly ship Australia wide.


Do I need to check anything before I order or delivery?
If you are buying a sofa, we recommend checking that all doorways between the entry to the property and the final resting place of the sofa are large enough to fit through.
I know this sounds silly but it is a thing. Seriously, it is.


I’m excited about getting my order, when will it arrive?

Small to medium items:
These will usually arrive between 1-5 business days, depending how far you live from Melbourne.

Large Items:
Large items like sofas, sofa sets, dining tables and dining sets are personally taken care of by our customer service team who will be in contact to arrange delivery.
Delivery times to capital cities and major regional cities average 1-7 days after they are despatched from our warehouse.


Where do I find my tracking information?
After you complete your order, you will be sent an email or text message with all your tracking information. For large items like sofas and tables in the Melbourne Metro region, we will be in touch to arrange a delivery time. You can also log into your account at any time to check the status of your order.


Can I pick up my item?
Absolutely! Simply choose “Click and Collect” at checkout and you will be notified as soon as you item is ready for collection at our Melbourne warehouse.


Returns Policy
